The Spanish climate

Temperatures and seasons in Spain

Discover the best time to visit the different Spanish regions depending on the temperatures.

Spain has 3 climates: continental, maritime and Mediterranean.

Inland, the climate is continental. Winters are wet and summers are dry. On the Spanish coasts, in Andalusia, the climate is warm and Mediterranean with very high temperature amplitudes and high temperatures throughout the year. In the North, near the French border and the Basque Country, the climate is oceanic, with more rainfall, especially in autumn.

It is possible to travel in Spain all year round depending on the regions you wish to visit.

Below you will find an overview of the average monthly temperatures per motorhome rental centre.
