The wonders of Quebec by motorhome
Beyond the exciting cities of Montreal and Quebec, 'La Belle Province' is a combination of beautiful scenery and wild nature. We can suggest an itinerary from Montreal for an unforgettable motorhome holiday.
Set off in your motorhome and take the easy route to Mont-Tremblant, an ideal place to start your holiday. Camp at Lake Monroe for one or two days to enjoy the many activities in the area. Exploring the lake by canoe is the best way to enjoy its riches.
Routes 125 and 127 take you through the Saint-Donat countryside in the Lanaudière region. The Mauricie National Park is an exceptional place to spend a few days in the great outdoors of Québec. Do the Waber Falls excursion to see the most beautiful waterfalls in the park. Via a small country road you will reach one of the most beautiful wonders in Quebec, Lake Saint Jean. Visit the Pointe Taillon National Park. Don't miss Val-Jalbert, an unspoilt town of the 1920s. The Saint Félicien Park is also worth a visit.
Afterwards you can take the road to the Saguenay Fjord and the delightful village of Saint-Rose-du-Nord to admire one of the best panoramic views. Then travel south into the Charlevoix region, where the majestic landscapes appear majestically when you turn a corner. Spend at least one entire day in the Hautes Gorges de la Rivière Malbaie National Park. Discover the heart of Charlevoix on the 'Route de Saveurs' (taste trail) and stop at the Baie-Saint-Paul for lunch and art gallery tours. Later head to the Jacques Cartier National Park, one of the most spectacular national parks in Quebec.
